The UDP Health Observatory invites you to attend the International Public Health Debate Conference (JIDSAP 2026), organized by the Chilean Society of Public Health. The event will feature the participation of Ximena Aguilera, Director of the UDP Health Observatory.
Under the theme “Global Challenges and Local Responses,” the conference will bring together national and international specialists to reflect on current public health challenges and the need to develop innovative, collaborative, and territorially focused responses.
The conference will address four thematic areas:
- Innovation and security in health: emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
- Food security under pressure: food sovereignty, sustainability, and public policies in Latin America.
- Social transformations and motherhood: challenges for public health in the face of demographic, labor, and caregiving changes.
- New risks in global health: emerging diseases, climate change, and preparedness for future health crises.
The activity will take place on July 2nd and 3rd, 2026, in online format.
